The Minister of Health, by his Ordinance of December 20, 2020, has banned air traffic from the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland. Persons who have been in or transiting the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland during the fourteen days prior to this Ordinance are banned from entering or transiting in the national territory.
Travellers who are in the national territory and who have stayed in or transited through the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland in the fourteen days prior to this ordinance, even if asymptomatic, must immediately notify the Department of Prevention of their local health authority about their entry into the national territory and undergo a molecular or antigenic test, to be carried out by means of a swab.
The Ordinance is effective from December 20, 2020 to January 6, 2021.
