The information desk, which is located in the arrival area, is open from Monday to Saturday from 9:00 am to 7:00 pm, and on Sunday and Easter sunday from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm. It closed on Christmas Day and on New Year's Day. The information desk offers a wide range of printed material (Help hospitality, maps of the city and of the province of Florence, calendar events, etc..) and it also provides you with tourist information.
